C2DNA Return Policy

• Payment in full is required upon placement of an order for a test.  This payment is final upon order placement, and is not refundable upon subsequent cancellation.
• In the event of cancellation of an order prior to the test being performed by C2DNA, the initial payment will be retained by C2DNA as a credit for a subsequent test order of the same value.  For a subsequent order for a test of higher value, the initial payment will be applied in full to the higher amount, with the difference being payable upon order placement of the new test.  For a subsequent order for a test of lesser value, no refund of the difference will be made.
• In the event of inability by C2DNA to perform, to completion, the test order due to unforeseen circumstance on the part of C2DNA, payment for the test order will be returned in full.
• For test orders placed with payment by bank cheque, the requested test will be performed by C2DNA only after bank clearance of the cheque is confirmed.  This could entail a 5 to 7 day additional delay for the customer.
